We seek a skilled consultant to lead the Industry Needs Assessment efforts and coordinate the Stakeholder Engagement within the rice production value chain. The consultant will conduct comprehensive surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to gather insights on rice millers' motivations, attitudes, and perceptions toward rice fortification. Additionally, the consultant will identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to support the successful implementation and adoption of rice fortification practices.
