Bernadetha Shosho is a dedicated Food System Governance Programme Global Associate at GAIN, supporting global influencing agenda, inclusive local governance, and initiatives like Nourishing Food Pathways (NFP),Transforming Urban-Rural Food Systems(TURFS) and Resilient Markets. She is passionate about creating resilient and sustainable food systems, leveraging her skills in project management, communications, and problem-solving to deliver impactful results for communities worldwide.
Before this role, Bernadetha supported GAIN country programs, including the SUN Business Network, Access to Better Dairy “greening” project, fortification project, and policy work . Prior to GAIN she also worked on maternal health projects with Association of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians of Tanzania(AGOTA), a Tanzanian NGO, focusing on vulnerable communities through research work with the end goal of improving public health in Tanzania.
