Françoise joined GAIN as of May 1st 2023 as Benin Country Director and brought with her over 20 years of strong national (Benin) and international experience in managing complex, multi-donor, multi -sectoral programs and projects.
She is especially adept in strategy development, MEL systems at regional level, with specialties in grants management, program coordination, budget management, training, facilitation, financial management and capacity building.
Françoise has demonstrated success in leading multi-country teams and coordinating various program implementers, having previously worked with IFDC and Peace Corps USA.
Françoise holds 2 master’s degrees one in Project Management and Rural Development and another one in International Relations. She speaks more than 6 African languages in addition to French and English.
