Kizito - Public Policy Management Expert

Kizito is a public policy management expert with a focus on decentralization, local governance, and improved public service delivery. He holds an MBA from Moi University and a BA in Economics from the University of Nairobi.

As Director of Committees and Programs at Kenya's Council of Governors (CoG), he coordinates the 47 county governors, facilitating policy development, capacity building, and peer learning. Previously, he served as Deputy Governor of Busia County and held roles with organizations like Winrock International and GIZ.

His experience includes roles as Executive Director of the National Taxpayers Association and Principal Economist for Kenya's Ministry of Local Government.
