Scott Montgomery is the Director of the Food Fortification Initiative (FFI), a network of partners working to make the addition of vitamins and minerals to flour and rice standard milling practice worldwide.
Scott brings a business approach to FFI with his expertise in senior level management, food processing, and supply chains with global experience across various cereal grain industries. Before joining FFI as Director in 2011, Scott spent 30 years in the cereal grain industry with Cargill, Inc.
