Dr Neufeld has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of nutrition where she has worked in a variety of technical advisory and academic positions. Before joining FAO in 2022, she was the Director of Monitoring, Learning and Research (MLR) at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and a member GAINs Senior Management Team. She is currently the Director of the Food and Nutrition Division (ESN) of FAO.
