Designed to inspire EatSafe team members’ creativity and imagination prior to and during the EatSafe Intervention Sprint, this tool described the features, benefits, and enabling infrastructure of over 100 consumer-first food system innovations using Human Centered Design. The innovations originated from a variety of country contexts, each having reusable or replicable components to the design. Innovations were categorized into one of three consumer-first engagement types, including i) Configurations: consumer methods and practices; ii) Offerings: core products and services provided to the consumer; or iii) Experiences: consumer-facing opportunities.
